Below is a link to an excellent two minute coverage of early resistance to Talisman Saber military exercises due to start in July at Shoalwater Bay near Rockhampton, Queensland Australia

The $300 million biannual "Talisman Sabre 2011" exercise involves 20,000 U.S. and 7,000 Australian troops, aircraft carriers and fighter bombers. The Australian forces in Afghanistan have suffered 27 fatalities. 181 soldiers have been wounded. Australian forces, comprising of both special forces and regular army, have been the subject of war crime accusations.
