Avivs stadium
A phone call was sent to the Minister's office who requested the complaint in writing. The letter explains itself
Dear Minister Simon
Further to my call to your office just now and a reasonable request that I put my complaint in writing, here is the complaint:
It's absolutely incomprehensible to me that an arms fair is taking place at Aviva football stadium this afternoon and that you are participating in this ugly blood market.
Without arms manufacturers there would be no wars: and without arms fairs, the profits of arms manufacturers would decline. Offering support from our neutral State to keep these death merchants in business is unconscionable.
A protest - hopefully a very large one - will take place outside the Stadium this afternoon. Because of an infirmity, I am unable to be physically present; but spiritually I will be there holding my protest sign and chanting loudly with fellow activists against this outrage.
With best personal wishes
