Yea, Diversity Day Is Here Again

The second Diversity Day is happening this Sunday (28th September) from 12 to 7pm at the Peace Park (Bishop Lucy Park) on Grand Parade, Cork. Will feature music, juggling, face painting, open art, talking room and information stalls. Fun for all the family. No admission charge (flat rate or otherwise).

The first Diversity Day took place in the same place in September last year. Over 1000 people passed through the park over the afternoon and enjoyed music from local bands and DJ's, circus performers, Tai Chi exhibitions, drumming workshops, etc.
This year the event will have new acts, drawing more from our immigrant community. The emphasis of the day is on interaction between people of different origins and customs. Come along and enjoy a free day out in the city.
