Lets show George bush Junior that he is not welcome and as he invited himself to visit we are uninviting him!
This has been miling about in my head for the past few days so her is what I am thinking.
The Shrub (Bush junior) invited himself to ireland to gloat and help his presidency campaign in US try to woo the Irish vote. Lets show the American people that he is not welcomed here before he arrives!
What I am proposing is that people start writing emails/ letters/ faxes to the US newspapers saying why we do ot want him to visit, it is not anti-American rather anti- Bush. We can also send emails/ letters/ faxes to the White house though Georgey probably will never see them the fact that a large amount of Irish people are actively UNinviting him will be noticed.
So to help you all on the way below is the contact details for the White House.

The page even gives good 'writing tips' (presumably not written by the man himself),
but you probably won't want to use the 'talking points' click & paste option (unless like dubya you have the brain of a chimp)
Simply insert ZIP codes (or random 5 digit numbers) to get details for newspapers all over the US.
If you want the ZIP code(s) for a particular city look it up here

Happy writing :-)
Unfortunately, the Bush people managed to catch-on and start limiting people to emailing only 5 publications at a time.
You would think they would have just stayed the course?
I found it particularly helpful to send editorials completely contrary to Bush's ideology. For example, advocating justice, equality, rationality and freedom.
I also used it to send my resume (ciriculum vitae, for you Europeans).
Anyway, I found a related site that still lets you send unlimited letters to the editor. I won't post it here, because I don't want that source to dry-up as well.
But, if you use your imagination-- or search on this google string:
http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=navclient&q=%22%2Fgxxet axxctixxxv e%2F%22+newspapers
REMOVE ALL THE SPACES AND LETTER X's FROM THE SEARCH STRING.
I threw in the x's and spaces to throw-off any kind of search engine that might be looking for these things.
Does anyone know anything about Gxxxxetxxa ctixxve.com pricing structure? Do they charge per email sent?
