Todays featured article on Wikipedia
Wikipedia (the free online, open publishing encyclopedia) features an article on the Celtic Tiger phenomenon as a front-page special.
The Wikipedia article points out that many economists believe that the Celtic Tiger phenomenon is the result of Ireland having been the last pool of reasonably educated under- and un-employed labor in Europe.
