High Court hearing

Motion hearing in the case of Vincent Salafia -v- Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government; Meath County Council, Attorney General; Ireland and The National Roads Authority

There will be a short hearing before the President of the High Court, Joseph Finnegan, to determine what issues will be dealt with by experts during corss-examination. The full hearing will begin January 12th, and is expected to run for at least six days.
