RFE goes on the road to celebrate 25 years of irish pragrammimg on WBAI

Come celebrate 25 years of Irish programming on WBAI, F.M. Radio Free Eireann will take the show on the road during the month of March

Radio Free Eireann, WBAI, 99.5 F.M., is taking the show on the road. For the entire month of March, Radio Free Eireann will be broadcasting live from Rocky Sullivan’s Pub every Saturday from 1:30 – 3:00 p.m. The shows will feature music, poetry, theater, politics, and of course, all things Irish. Join special guests Malachy McCourt, Chris Byrne and Seanachi and the regular Radio Free Eireann hosts – John McDonagh & Family, Brian Mor, Sandy Boyer & Eliza Butler at Rocky Sullivan’s on 29th Street at Lexington Avenue, or listen in on WBAI, 99.5 F.M.

Radio Free Eireann has been on the cutting edge of Irish politics, music, and issues of concern to the Irish-American community for the past 25 years. After providing a forum, over the airwaves, to foster debate, these live broadcasts will give the listeners the opportunity to participate in person in the lively, sometimes antagonistic - but never boring, discussions.
