The Clare Shell To Sea group will be involved in three actions this week commencing 16.10.06

A number of Shell To Sea activists will be travelling to Erris later this week to join in the national day of solidarity with the local community on Friday 20.10.06.

On the same day Friday 20.10.06, there will be a local action in Ennis. Activists will meet at the Statoil Service Station on the Limerick Road. The protest will take place from 5.30 to 6.30. The Norwegian Embassy in Dublin will be notified of the action to highlight our displeasure at its role as a significant Statoil shareholder in the "project". Media-wise we will also be trying to emulate this week's action just gone which was covered by Clare FM, Clare Champion, Clare People and Clare Courier.

On Saturday next 21.10.06, there will be a Clare Shell To Sea stall beside the O Connell Monument in Ennis from noon to 2.00 pm.
