4WW and the Zapatista struggle

This Monday's "The Fourth World War " radio program at Féile FM will be dedicated to the Third Encounter of the Zapatista Peoples with the Peoples of the World and the 14th anniversary of the Zapatista Rising.

Interview with Denis O'Hearn, professor of Sociology at Queen's University, Belfast.

His scholarly interests are in social movements, the sociology of economic change, industrialisation and transnational corporations, and Marxian political economy. He has been researching the dynamics of conflict between anti-systemic social movements and states. Among the cases he has been studying are the Zapatistas in Mexico where he was living for a while.
