This public meeting aims to provide clear and concise information on the management, control and prevention of asthma as well as addressing the social and behavioural attitudes towards asthma today.
The meeting will discuss the prevalence of asthma, the impact of the condition and why it is so common in Ireland. Speakers will outline the types of asthma, current growth rates and discuss treatment, risk reduction, allergen avoidance and prevention.
