The Independent Workers Union Annual May Day Commemoration - 01/05/2011
The Independent Workers Union (I.W.U.) - Dublin Branch is hosting it's Annual May Day Commemoration which is taking place on Sunday the 1st May, 2011 at the James Connolly Statue, on Beresford Place, Dublin (beside the Custom House and opposite Liberty Hall) at 2.30 p.m. sharp.
The I.W.U. are marking the occasion through speeches, prose and a wreath laying ceremony which will highlight the importance of the day and its relevance to the future of the trade union movement in Ireland.
