Belfast May Day![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Parade and Festival Thousands took to the streets of Belfast for the traditional ICTU/Belfast Trades Council May Day celebrations this year. Activists from unions and workers organisations from across the north joined the May Day parade and attended the family festival after the parade. The following are just a few of the organisations that attended, NIPSA, UNISON, FBU, AT&GWU, SIPTU, NATFE, UCCAT, Cuba Solidarity, Amnesty, Queer Space, Belfast Unemployed Centre, Communities Against Water Charges, Socialist Party, Belfast Trades Council, NUJ, Organise, ARN, ICTU Women’s Committee and Mandate. |
