The local St. Luke's Area Campaign Against the Water Household Tax (CAWHT) group held a protest outside the office of Dara Murphy TD on Friday June 29th. They received a lot of support from passing traffic. The group wanted to remind the Government that there are still 600,000 households unregistered and that have not paid the Household Charge.

Phil Hogan's Department of the Environment & Local Goverment is expected to post out letters in July, probably after the Dail goes on holidays, and the CAWHT are ready to refuse to pay again. Countrywide the campaign is readying to accelerate the protest.
