The Right has spent much of the last decade railing against cancel culture, and was arguably winning the debate. It would be a mistake to abandon that position now.

Not more bloody photos! This is the most over-photographed non-event in history. There are more photos of it than of the Easter Rising or the Russian Revolution. The photos are all the same. A few dozen layabouts hanging around with nothing to do. Do you think anybody cares? You've had your day out, now its over, go and do some work like the rest of us. Nobody is talking about it anymore, they're all watching the snooker. What happened on Saturday night was a fracas of League of Ireland proportions. For a riot of Premier League proportions, you'd have to go to some other country that has a revolutionary tradition and oppressed masses. Ireland doesn't have such a tradition, it didn't have it when it was a poor country and its certainly won't have it now its one of the richest counties in the world. Aren't you embarassed having such paltry crowds at the Dublin protests? I mean 2,000. For goodness sake, Milan had 100,000.

But John. These pictures are "art". They're the zenith of political consciousness - a harbinger of political freedom. It takes a high degree of professional skill to under/over expose very shot, miscompose, keep the subject out of frame and miniscule to the viewer and forget to turn the flash on. And all those digital cameras bought by rich parents has special significance. This is an ironic statement on how the well-funded, corporate mass media (nice salary, Gerry Ryan - well deserved) "distort" the picture. Okay. Okay. They are shite. Please stop boys and girls. You're making Jeremy Beadle look like Fellini. You should really be studying for your second year sociology and economics exams anyway...
