Life Lines, a 74-minute poetry CD in aid of Oxfam will be launched in London next week.
Life Lines, a 74-minute poetry CD in aid of Oxfam UK, will be launched in London next week.
It features sixty-nine leading British and Irish contemporary poets, including Simon Armitage, Nick Laird, Sinead Morrissey, Kevin Higgins, Wendy Cope and British Poet Laureate, Andrew Motion - live recordings donated to raise funds for Oxfam.
The CD is produced by poet Todd Swift and Su Lycett of Oxfam UK.
Life Lines will be launched at 7pm on Thursday June 8th, 2006, at St Giles-In-The-Fields, The Poets’ Church, 60 St Giles High Street, London WC2.
Life Lines will have its Galway launch at the Galway Oxfam Shop in July, as part of Project 06 Festival.
