Irish Property Market Rides Slope Of Hope

Perennial warnings about the Irish property bubble / boom / crisis, have long made people sceptical about the entire issue. But the warning signs have been coming thick and fast over the previous months and the Q3 results from Daft are in, 5% approximate drops in the south and north Dublin county and more drops in the city itself. With lending institutions being told to reign in credit by the Central Bank, another interest hike from the ECB on the way, will there be a flood of investors seeking to realise value before the soft landing turns into a crash?
