Jimmy mc garry/Labour gen elec candidate

I just received a flyer in my door 10 mns ago I have read it 3 times I cant beleive a man of 20 years a Clr could hand round complete nonsense Is this man Jimmy mc garry running in a Gen election or is he pulling your leg

The flyer is a A4 sheet on the back is the usual pensions, maternity, etc, entitlements The front had from the top photo,name party and phones Then carraroe(area just outside the town)and east ward News. Sport and receational facilities in large print under that is writin and I quote, For over twelve months now i have been working hard on the provision of more playing pitches and recreational spaces for your area So far I have ACHIEVED
A. got borough council to prioritise your area as the next project for funding
B. Proposed a motion to get borough council park superrintendent to prepare exact funding and a layout of pitch and receational area at cleavragh
C. the borough council had a deputation with the minister seeking funding
D. Met on several occasions with the representatives of your area to discuss projects and introduced them labour party leader pat rabbitte
Despite the ministers refusal to fund the project we still press ahead with our campaign until we are successful the young people of your area deserve it. unquote
what the man is saying is he had achieved nothing Is this man for real
