Saturday 3rd March will see anarchists from Ireland, Britain and Poland meeting up for planning and socialisng at the 2nd Dublin anarchist bookfair in the Teachers club, 36 Parnell square. Taking part in the discussiosn will be dissident republicans, Shell to Sea campaigners and anti-war activists. Exactly the sort of line-up to give Michael McDowell stomach ulcers.

Saturday 3rd March will see anarchists from Ireland, Britain and Poland meeting up for planning and socialisng at the 2nd Dublin anarchist bookfair in the Teachers club, 36 Parnell square. Taking part in the discussiosn will be dissident republicans, Shell to Sea campaigners and anti-war activists. Exactly the sort of line-up to give Michael McDowell stomach ulcers.
Bookfair organiser Oisin Mac Giollamoir said, “The anarchist bookfair is becoming the place for all those interested in radical politics in Ireland to meet up, exchange ideas and plan for the future. Our first bookfair last year saw hundreds of people take part, we hope anyone who thinks we need to fight for freedom on the streets and in the workplaces will come along”.
The bookfair will start at 12.00 and run until just after 6pm. Some 18 organisations will have stalls and there will be a dozen meetings including a debate between anarchists, republicans and marxists on ‘What sort of Ireland do we want”.
