Break the Silence !

Hip-hop music video against war crimes in Gaza

Break the Silence ! Check out this music video by the Palestinian musician Doc Jazz. Contains highly graphic images, so be warned!

Vilnai of the Israeli government threatened a 'Holocaust' against the Palestinians. In fact, zionist genocidal policies against the Palestinians have already been going on for over 60 years, and are known as the 'Nakba'.

In this song, European leaders' co-responsibility for the Israeli genocide is highlighted. They are being called 'gatekeepers', which means that they are executing the Israeli agenda, while pretending to be even-handed and neutral. Gatekeepers are very effective in blocking political decisions!

Pressure your governments to be honest in their dealings, and fair. Tell them to stop blockading the starved and besieged Palestinian people, and to force Israel to comply with international law by imposing a boycott! Let's not forget who is occupying who ... !

A lot needs to change first. Media silencing and/or downplaying of Palestinian hardships has made the European public unaware of the crimes being committed by Israel, and that they can have a role in changing this !

So forward this video to everyone you know, to help Break the Silence.

If we stopped fighting you, if we tore down our security fence, if we dismantled our settlements, if we stopped killing Palestinians militants and stopped preventing Palestinian society from functioning normally then we would be leaving ourselves wide open for Palestinian invasion.

You Palestinians are firing rockets, sending suicide bombers and gunmen into Israeli territory to kill as many of us as possible so in response we have to be just as brutal.

This is a war after all.

Personally I can understand the Palestinian position, if I was Palestinian I would probably be fighting Israel.

But I am Israeli so I have to fight Palestinians or they will kill me.

Am I responsible for the creation of Israel in 1948? No.
The invasion of the West Bank in 1967? No.
Do I want peace? Yes.

But does that mean I will not be killed by the Palestinians given the chance? No.

Israelis and Palestinians will fight until we are both exhausted or one of us gives in.

We aren't going to give in.
