category dublin | animal rights | news report author Tuesday December 01, 2009 19:40author by ARAN - Animal Rights Action Network (ARAN)author email arancampaigns at eircom dot net Report this post to the editors

Join Hundreds of Caring People for a Peaceful Protest

This Sunday join compassionate people from across Ireland and beyond to gather in Dublin for a peaceful march and rally to call for stronger laws in the upcoming animal welfare bill due to be released in 2010 – the rally also aims to highlight the problem of animal abuse in Ireland to the nation and call for tougher penalties for those who abuse animals and who currently get away with a mere a slap on the wrist. The march also aims to establish rights for animals and to remove from society that animals are nothing more than commodities.
