Is this more russophobic bullshit, designed to undermine russia politically using the gay lobby, while much worse regimes that are our friends such as Saudi Arabia (recently visited by angela kerins and the taoiseach) get a free pass despite executing people for being gay. Paul Murphy, surely you see that??

What about the new Arizona law for instance, which makes it legal for a business not to serve people because they are gay? Are we going to have a meeting about the US and organise destabilising pressure groups and lots of media coverage in their country too during a major sport event? Fat chance!

US cops would likely just pepper spray and bang up the protesters with fines etc. and none of the MSM would cover it, unlike in the case of Russia.

Gay sex is completely legal in Russia. Remember It was illegal in Ireland not all that long ago.

The sooner the gay lobby cop on and stop being useful idiots furthering the aims of western imperialists who don't give a rats ass about gay rights, the better.

I'll await the arizona protests and the Saudi protests from the LGBT lobby but I won't hold my breath!!. There is a definite agenda against Russia specifically in action here.

I guess real discriminatory laws and the execution of gays is not high priority when the geopolitical aims of imperialism are at stake.

So tell me Paul Murphy MEP, Are the LGBT lobby getting any funding from NED, CANVAS, freedom house etc etc to undermine Russia?? I bet they are.

But no LGBT protests splattered across the media worldwide or no calls from high profile gay folk calling for a boycott of Utah winter games. Gee, what a surprise!

Cop on LGBT protesters. you are being used. And the people using you don't care about rights, gay or otherwise.

Funny how much the US and it puppet NGOs went on about Russia and gays during the Winter Olympics when they should have been looking in their own backyard...

In a move reminiscent of Jim Crow laws that upheld discrimination against blacks for generations after the Civil War, both houses of Arizona’s legislature have passed a reactionary measure that would allow businesses in the state to refuse services to homosexuals if such refusal placed a “substantial burden on their sincerely held religious beliefs.”

The measure, SB 1062, was approved last Thursday and awaits approval or veto from right-wing Republican governor Jan Brewer. If the governor takes no action on the measure by Saturday, it will become state law.....
