Go to the Wexford cycle section - Its a sponsored cycle to raise cash for Fr. Mc Verry and his work with the homeless. There is a target set for €400 to be raised by each cyclist. May seem like a lot but you know it isnt really. Its a good cause and might show CM extending beyond itself.
just do it.
This is also the last Critical Mass before this years European Car Free Day on Sept 22nd. So it might be a chance for people to get together and arrange a Critical Mass type event for that day.
See you there....
Hey... are you sure that the Car Free Day is September 22nd? Dont mean to doubt you or anything, but that's a monday, and I just thought they always had it on a Saturday of Sunday?
It's a monday. Last year was a Sunday....The year before that was a Saturday...simply because of the yearly cycle (no pun intended)
is intended to a positive introduction and incitement to car-commuters instead of an admonitory backlash. There's lots of information about it on the mailing-lists and webpages of the link below.
Well I have to say that my first Critical Mass cycle today was so cool! The atmosphere was really good, and I cant wait until September 22nd!
See you all there!
