A close up and querky look at police violence, the weapons they use across Europe on unarmed civilians. This show tracks the development of police tactics, use of plastic bullets etc. Tackling a serious issue with hard edged humour, Pig Brother live shares experiences of police and state brutality ever increasing apparent in the West democracies. Be it the former RUC, our present Garda force, or the Italian and German police forces amongst others, many of us have seen at first hand the violent nature of policing. Summit mobilizations aren’t the only place that explicit and unaccountable police violence occurs. For many communities across Europe, policing is a very negative experience. Pig Brother helps us joins the dots…….

From a look the astonishing similarities of Police excuses over the course of decades and in different countries, through to the the increasing levels of less lethal weapons (readers may remember the controversial gathering at the Berkley court in 2004 when Big Busines tried to sell Tasers to the cops). From the duplicity of the judiciary and covering local campaigning Pig Brother offers an insight into a very murky world. What can happen when someone adresses local police brutality & how to deal with the consequences without getting dragged down are also addressed. Just who benefits from the use of plastic bullets and teargas. Welcome and open to all, Pig Brother aims to share information skills and histories for an empowering and entertaining evening.
