Jump To Comment: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12I have just received a phone call from a Dublin Shell to Sea activists saying that four members of DS2S have occupied the Dept. of Communications, Energy and Natural on Adelaide Road. They have chained themselves to a stairwell inside.
They are now calling for people to go down and support them. Also, the location of the planned demo to mark Pat O'Donnell's 100th day in prison at 5pm today has now changed from outside Shell HQ on Leeson St to outside the Dept of C,E & NR on 29 – 31 Adelaide Road, Dublin 2 (its very near the original location anyway).

There are now 9 Gardai at the Department with more arriving, hope to have pictures available soon
reported that unmarked car containing cutting equipment has arrived, looks like they intend to try cutting chains
Now 14 Gardai visible at Shell to Sea occupation of Department of Natural Resources
now 2 Garda cars, 2 Garda bikes and a Garda van on scene with 2 Garda cyclists around corner. Chains have been cut and Gardai are now taking details of Shell to Sea campaigners
Reported that the two women occupying have been taken away in the unmarked car and that the two men taken away in a Garda van. Protest at 5pm at Shell HQ still going ahead
Well done to the 4 who locked on, solidarity to all in struggle with the chief and all whose lives have been affected by Shells mindless activity in Rossport.

It was great to sea the 4 people stand up for The country and the people of Erris who were left out of the deal shell made with the FF , Its also very dishearten to see more people being troubled in the name of $hell, Great move to get the protest back on track, to show that people will not stand by while our Natural Rights are being taking away.
