All they have to do is agree to click on a few internet links a whole bunch of times in quick succession at very specific agreed dates and times.of most activity
There are many lucrative sites belonging to people sharing some of the responsibility for our problems that 2000 people simultaneously reloading their site pages over and over could easily cause real problems for. It's called ethical hacking / hactivism
