so readers could read about how you got your world citizen number, and how you got that US passport ad stuff?
And now that you have broken US Law by destroying a document which remains the property of the US government, will you be facing criminal charges?
And now that you have also destroyed your US passport, how exactly do you expect to leave Iraq?

I think this whole exercise is egotistic.

Ken why did you do it in Iraq??? I mean do you think the average Iraqi gives a flying fuck whether you are under an american passport or not. You should have shown real balls and doen it in front of the Capitol Building in Washington, come on your a brave guy and fearless and all that bollocks. You should have shown Mister Bush exactly what you thought of him and done it in front of the fucker.

Finally, Id just like to point out now that it is people like Ken who helps to cement the belief held by many in this country that the Anti-war groups are populated with weird nutters.

...I reckon he was the braver in burning it in Iraq- a soldier who is a member of the George Dubya fan club could have shot him and went "Woops!Accident!", wheras if he did it in DC, he'd have just been arrested.

He can leave Iraq with his Paddy-port.

Dribbles, you might want to conced the fact that his protest was symbolic. Maybe the average Iraqi does not care what he does, maybe they think he is alrighty. Who are you to say what the "average" Iraqi thinks. I doubt yopu'd have the girth to even walk down Summerhill in Dublin, let alone step foot on Iraqi soil. You are probably one of dem roight wangers like Brenden O' Connor, whose world view amounts to " Shore isn't everything grand, I fokkin love Terenure, and piling on weight, from sitting around in pubs, stuffin me face with chips, and lambastin' de Left from me couch".

To the more astute of ye that may or may not be aquainted with the concept of Ritual and Ceremonial Magick, do ye or do ye not think this fellas actions look remarkably similar to such? Have ye noticed other such symbloick demonstartions in the past year?

My intuition tells me 2004 will be the year of Manifestations.

And, thus, I'll finish, before I end up sounding like poor Iosaf/ Ipisipi/ whatever he cals himself. And I'll leave it to our souless, monetarist friends to continue their criticisms, but I'll commend
the real individuals both right and left that add to constructive debate on indymedia. ( I like some right wingers, as in, traditionalists. I mean, Yukio Mishima was supposed to be right wing, but so is Charlie McCreevy. The latter is typical of someone who would be a target for decapitation by the former, who, in my view, was one badd muthafukka, a la Sam L Jackson's meaning of the context. )

Happy New Year, all,

jeff

please don't bother commenting on my spelling. If I am making a job application, or other life rendering stuff, I'll make sure I use spell check, because I'm that lazy. Otherwise, fun is fun, typing takes too long, I miss a word, so what?
