Damaged plane Vs country reduced to rubble?

category national | anti-war / imperialism | press release author Tuesday June 15, 2004 02:15author by paul o toole Report this post to the editors

No one gets charged for killing thousands of people and blowing a country back into the stone age

Red carpet and 100,000 welcomes for the man who ordered the deaths of 40,000 Iraqi civiliansand about 800 US. soldiers, and a court room for someone who tried to prevent it

Former Assistant U.S. Attorney General Ramsey Clarke appointed by JFK and also
Former U.S. marine and U.N. weapons inspector Scott Ritter (U.N. Special Commission
in Iraq -unscom), will be testifying in the defence of nurse Mary Kelly here in Ireland.
The charges of ‘criminal damage’ and ‘un-lawful excuse’ are being levelled at her in
relation to damage caused to one of 1,600 U.S. military flight’s which re-fuelled in
Shannon airport in the west of Ireland during the build-up to war and subsequent attack
and occupation of Iraq in March 20th 2003.
On Tuesday 15 th.June, ten days before the un-elected military diserter who put 800 U.S.
soldiers and 40,000 Iraqi citizens to their death in an illegal war, Mr. G.W.Bush ( I refuse
to call him president) comes to the same Shannon airport in Ireland for a visit and a pint
o’ Guinness to bolster his image, prior to elections, amongst the nearly 50 million
American citizens who claim Irish heritage of some sort. There will be protests all week
long outside the circuit courthouse in Ennis in Co. Clare in support for this activist who
disabled the US. military plane. Preventing it leaving Shannon she say’s ‘to kill children
in Iraq’, the trial for the nurse and Mother of four Mary Kelly, will commence with
regard to the damage caused on 19th January 2003 to a U.S. navy plane-six weeks before
the ‘Shock And Awe’ bombing campaign took place...now let’s talk about damage?
Other notable witnesses in the case supporting nurse Kelly’s action are Mr.Dennis
Halliday; Assistant Sec.Gen. to Kofi Annan in the U.N. , who resigned his position over
corruption of the ‘oil for food’ programme, to go public in what he described the
deliberate genocide of Iraqi people in which 900,000 children under age five were
allowed to die because they were denied food and life saving medicine by US and UK
agents. And Catherine Gunne, the lady who uncovered the CIA / MI5 bugging of
Mr.Annans office and the meeting room where the six ‘swing votes’ countries were
deciding on a second resolution on wether to attack Iraq or not.
Human Rights lawyers are flying in from as far east as Uzbekistan and as far west as
California as observers to the the proceedings, as well as a host of delegates from various
Civil Liberties organisations across Europe.
One wonders at the logic in Ireland these days when seeking to prevent damage and the
serious loss of life lands you in court, and actually causing damage and loss of life in
horrendous proportion gets you the red carpet treatment, dinner in Dromoland of all
places and a shake of the Taoiseachs hand.
sincerely Paul O Toole.

Mary broke the most revered law in our society, :

THE LAW .
1) Only the powerful shall decide who lives and who dies, who shall be healthy and who shall suffer poison, hunger or shrapnel.

2) The peasants shall at all times refrain from interfering in the affairs of the powerful, regardless of the consequences for any other peasants in any country.

According to Hobbes.

Peasants agree to be absolutely loyal to whatever monarch, oligarch or plutarch happens to be in the biggest palace in return for being allowed to remain alive.
(please indicate consent by not killing yourself)
