This analysis is a pretty unique and significant contribution to the space of empirical evaluation of LLMs that exist in AI public world... at least thus far, as far as I am aware! For what it's worth--as if anyone in the ChatGPT universe cares as they pile up on using the "PhD level scholar in your pocket".
According to GPT-5, and according to my tests, this flaw exists in all LLMs... What is revealing is the deduction GPT-5 made: Why ?design choice? starts looking like ?deliberate flaw?.

I know he had his country invade Iran and Kuwait, and I know he paid pensions to the widows of suicide bombers, but I didn't know that Saddam had had any involvement in killing anybody in Israel. Have I missed something?

Its a fact, there have been far more palestinian deaths than israeli in the occupation yet whenever a few israelis die, the killers are called terrorists by the israeli and alot of western media but when there is a big heavy handed response by israel that kills alot more palestinians such as the rafa refugee camp massacare, its not called terrorism.
