 Is this 'the only democracy in the middle east'? Or a terrorist, fascist state? Richard Syemour at the blog Lenin's Tomb reports how Arab parties in Israel are accused of treason for protesting Israels action and at the status of Arab citizens in Israel and are now banned from participating in the next election. Israel is in disgrace. Everytime one of its spokespeople opens their mouth to speak, the horrifying truth of their racism towards Arabs emerges. The world can see exactly what the Palestinians have been contending with for 60 years: the brutal arrogance and impenetrable certainty of the Zionist mindset which believes that because they are Jews the territory is theirs and that any and all discussion of other considerations or of other people is beyond contemplation. The way to deal with people who want such dialogue is to silence and degrade them - but preferably to kill them. |
