You also omit the cut and thrust of the report, which was the radical opinions of immigrants to Israel in contrast with the veteran population and why they hold such opinions.

Well, a good starting point would be to put intense external pressure on Israel to end the occupation, this would take the form of restrictions on trade, a freeze on arms sales and so on - let people see that there is a price to be paid for keeping a people under occupation, stealing their land and trying to imprison or kill anyone who gets in the way of the colonisation project.
